Experience: Mario specializes in business and real estate transactions and corporate finance. His practice area also includes commercial real estate, general business, and estate planning. Formerly a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant, Mario worked in public accounting for three years, and served as a senior financial officer for a publicly traded financial institution for eight years. Mario represents business clients in connection with all aspects of business operations, mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset sales, entity formation and dissolution, sale of securities, and tax planning. He also represents high-net worth business owners with succession, estate planning, and probate.

Education: Mario received his B.A. degree from Central Washington University, M.B.A. from Pacific Lutheran University, and J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law.
